Our team of qualified and experienced accounting personnel assists with the proper and detailed upkeep of accounting records and arrears management. We also assist with the preparation of financial statements, as well as the accounts for audit purposes.<\/p>

Below is a list of accounting services JSPM provides:<\/p>

  • Collection of Management Fund, Sinking Fund, and Receipts.<\/li>
  • Processing of Payment of Accounts and Other Expenses.<\/li>
  • Maintenance of Accounts.<\/li>
  • Preparation of Financial Statements.<\/li>
  • Preparation of Accounts for Audit Purposes.<\/li>
  • Invoice and collect all contributions levied and follow up to ensure prompt payments.<\/li>
  • Keep accounting records and produce monthly profit and loss statement and balance sheet.<\/li>
  • Keep a petty cash float as approved by Client and maintain record of transactions.<\/li>
  • Exercise control and advise Client on expenditure to ensure that it is within the approved budget.<\/li>
  • Check and certify invoices for payment for contracts awarded.<\/li>
  • Prepare annual maintenance budget for approval.<\/li>
  • Liaise with auditors for annual auditing of accounts.<\/li><\/ul>

    Liaise with Client\u2019s lawyers in the recovery of arrears in maintenance and\/or any other levies due.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
